We are looking for a dynamic and autonomous HRGeneralist to join our Paris office. This role requires a proactiveprofessional who can take ownership of HR operations from A to Z,including payroll management. The ideal candidate should be able towork independently, take initiative, and effectively communicate inEnglish across different levels of the organization. In this role,you will act as a key HR partner, ensuring seamless HR processesand compliance while fostering a supportive and efficient workenvironment. You will provide strategic HR guidance, drive employeeengagement, and ensure that all HR policies and procedures are wellimplemented across the company. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee thefull employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contract management,payroll, benefits administration, and offboarding. - Ensure smoothand accurate payroll processing for France and other countries asneeded, in collaboration with the finance team. - Serve as theprimary HR contact, providing expert guidance to employees andmanagers on HR policies, employee relations, and labor lawcompliance. - Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures,ensuring alignment with global guidelines and local regulations. -Handle employee relations matters, offering advice and solutions tomanagers and team members. - Drive HR initiatives related to talentdevelopment, performance management, and employee engagement. -Manage HR administrative processes with accuracy andconfidentiality. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders toimprove HR efficiency and effectiveness. Requirements: - Minimum 5years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role,managing HR operations end-to-end. - Strong knowledge of Frenchlabor laws and HR best practices (experience with US labor laws isa plus). - Fluent in both French and English (mandatory). -Hands-on experience with payroll processing and benefitsmanagement. - Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, anddrive HR projects with minimal supervision. - Strongproblem-solving skills with a structured and detail-orientedmindset. - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholdermanagement skills. - High level of discretion, confidentiality, andprofessionalism. - Proficiency in HRIS tools (experience withBambooHR and Lever is a plus).
