We are looking for a proactive, self-motivated Transition Manager to lead the transition from current operational models to newly defined frameworks within the organization. This role involves implementing change management strategies, overseeing the delivery of transformation projects aligned with business objectives, and tracking their progress to ensure effective, measurable outcomes.
With solid experience operating in dynamic, matrix-structured environments, you will play a key role in driving organizational change and supporting business stakeholders throughout the transformation journey.
- Proven track record in managing organizational transitions and delivering change initiatives within complex matrix structures.
- Experience gained in environments such as GBS, SSC, BPO, or ITO.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in an international, diverse environment preferably within professional services or similarly fast-paced, service-oriented sectors.
- Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management, engagement planning, and cross-functional collaboration at all organizational levels.
- Strong teamwork skills fostering collaboration, building partnerships, and bringing people together toward shared goals.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Results-driven, with a strong focus on achieving goals, delivering measurable outcomes, and taking accountability for performance.
- Comfortable working in fast-changing, dynamic environments and managing ambiguity with a positive, solutions-focused attitude.
- Proactive in promoting and implementing change and innovation within the organization, while helping others adapt to new ways of working.
