Our client, based in Hasselt, specializes in theefficient installation of towbars for cars and vans. Currently, theteam consists of 3 employees, but they are looking to expand byadding 3 additional fitters. The goal is to hire stable, long-termemployees with the potential for permanent positions. - keyresponsibilities - Install towbars on various vehicles, includingcars and vans - Work 5 days a week, Monday to Friday, with hoursfrom 9 AM to 6 PM during low season (November to February) - Duringpeak season (March to October), work extended hours from 7 AM to 6PM with a one-hour lunch break (12 PM to 1 PM) - Collaborate withteam members to meet installation targets - Adapt to seasonal workfluctuations; potential to take a one-month leave during lowperiods - Adhere to safety and quality standards; handle overtimeduring peak season based on union agreements (up to 50 hours perweek) - qualifications - Experience in automotive electricalsystems, including diagnostic skills - Ability to work efficientlyand meet daily targets (3-4 installations per day) - Flexibility towork during peak and low seasons - Team player, preferably applyingin pairs - Eligible for sector salary (Baremaloon PC 149.02) - Mealvouchers provided after 3 months of employment (7 per working day)- Open to candidates looking for long-term employment withpotential for permanent contracts share this job.
