As an HR Business Partner, you play a vital role in shaping a strong and future-proof organization. Supporting 14 countries, you work closely with managers and employees to develop talent, strengthen leadership, and enhance team effectiveness. You ensure that HR is not just an advisory function but an integral part of the business, actively contributing to organizational success.
In this role, you take ownership of workforce planning, employee engagement, and leadership development while ensuring compliance and optimizing HR processes. Your ability to connect with people across different teams and cultures allows you to make a tangible impact.
Act as a strategic HR partner, advising managers on workforce planning, leadership development, and organizational change.
Drive talent development programs and succession planning across multiple countries.
Strengthen workforce capacity and team effectiveness.
Provide coaching and support to leaders, helping them build engaged and high-performing teams.
Optimize HR processes and policies to improve efficiency and compliance.
