If you''re eager to learn and ready to take on new challenges within the HR Department, wed love to hear from you!Mission:Support the management and evolution of people development activities at local level, with direct responsibility for key processes such as performance and potential assessment, definition of training needs, and training delivery. The role also includes operational oversight of learning platforms, supplier coordination, and support for local talent development initiatives.In addition to local responsibilities, the intern will be actively involved in group-wide projects and processes within the QSRP corporate structure, contributing to the development and harmonization of international HR practices.Main responsibilitiesLocal HR processes (Italy)Local oversight and coordination of potential and performance assessment processes, ensuring alignment with Group guidelines.Supervision and coordination of the local MBO process, in liaison with the HR function and reference managers.Learning & Development Operations (Italy)Supervision of local talent development, supporting the definition and monitoring of individual growth plans.Management and support of employee assessments.Mapping of training needs, definition of BDG, activation of related initiatives and reporting.Operational management of financed training, annual planning of interventions, financial management of financing, collection of information and presentation of plans in alignment with reference bodies and funds.Management of contacts with external training providers and support in partner selection and activation.Management of the proprietary Gallup platform.Events and Communication (Local)Collaboration in organising and participating in HR events and internal development initiatives.Managing communication related to training and people development initiatives with internal stakeholders.Project activities of (Group)Supporting cross-group HR development projectsLearning & Development Operations (Group)Operational management of the Learning Management System (LMS) platform: uploading and coding content, creating courses and catalogues, managing access and master data.Annual review of training content and gamification systemSupport in the creation and publication of training content (e.g. materials, online courses, surveys, ...).Support of the internal communication pipeline.Management of gamification and award system.Updating and implementation of platform functionalities (e.g. notifications, mandatory training paths, forum).Management of first-level issues related to the use of the platform.Monthly and one-off reporting.Supporting the organisation of executive training and the definition and updating of a training catalogue.Main requirements:Degree in Humanities, Work/Organizational Psychology, Economics, or related fields.A Masters in Human Resources is preferred.Availability to cover a 6 months internshipAvailability to reach the HQ in Assago (Milan)Immediate availability (Ideal Starting mid May)Previous experience, even short-term, in HR or Training & Development.Academic knowledge of digital learning toolsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with a strong internal customer orientation.Good command of English (B2 level or higher).Proficiency in Italian (C1/C2), English (B2/C1 minimum),Good command of French will be considerend a plusAs an individual, you are:Results-oriented, with the ability to effectively manage priorities in a dynamic environment.Curious and innovative, always looking for ways to propose solutions and drive continuous improvement.A strong listener and team player, able to collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.What we offer:International EnvironmentHybrid Work ModeFull time commitment (40hrs per week, monday-friday)Monthly allowance of 700 (per full month)Access to company discounts, meal vouchers, credit for Burger King RestaurantsSelection Process:CV screeningBehavioral & Cognitive TestsH
