To further expand our success in central European markets, we are seeking a full-time Joie Brand Coordinator (m/f/d) for our marketing department based in our office in Amsterdam, Netherlands, to support all Joie brand activities to establish and grow Joie in line with company targets, values and brand positioning in close collaboration with sales, DACH brand management and global brand management. This role will directly report into the head of marketing for DACH and the Netherlands.
Role is restricted to 1 year for the time being (ideally July 2025- June 2026), also to bridge
a 6 months'' maternity leave of the brand manager.
What you''ll do:
- Based on an aligned priority plan, support the execution of end-user marketing activities for Joie in the Netherlands against defined KPIs in close cooperation with the brand manager and the head of marketing.
- Ensure execution of agreed marketing plans and activities with key customers. Modify and/or define additional activities in line with brand and business needs in close collaboration with the NL sales team.
- Drive key customer sell-in activities and communication, and manage marketing assets for new Joie product launches.
- Research, analyse and monitor target group behaviour, market trends, trade partner landscape and competitor activities in the Netherlands, also in comparison to the DACH region.
- Ensure close interaction with Joie brand management in DACH to leverage insights, assets, campaigns and best practices.
- Participate in trade and consumer fairs.
What youll bring:
- 3+ years of relevant marketing experience.
- Experience in international brand management preferred.
- Good understanding of relevant retail channels in the Netherlands.
- Languages: Dutch and English as a must, German is beneficial.
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills with an adaptive style.
- Strong commercial acumen as well as the ability to think creatively.
- Solution-driven, hands-on individual and mindset.
- Exceptional command of identifying consumer and customer needs.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

- Strong project time management skills to accomplish tasks and meet project deadlines.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
