We are looking forBenchmarking Specialist As Benchmarking Specialist you will joinour Department of Tendering, in the business line Energy Carriersand provides the Proposal Manager with the best cost references tosupport the cost estimation process with benchmarking analysisTasks - Identify the key performance metrics to benchmark the costestimates developed during bidding phase collecting and integratingdata from different data sources. - Analyze data and graphicallyrepresent the result of the analysis - Design the most suitablereports to communicate in a clear way the results of the analysishighlighting the recommendations identified by the benchmarkinganalysis. - Develop cost databases dedicated to the maincommodities (for material and services) to monitor the generalmarket trends Requirements: - Technical Diploma or Masters Degreequalified - Knowledge of English Language B2/C1 - 3 yearsexperience with knowledge of general economic topics (Revenues,OPEX, CAPEX etc.) and of the different methodologies and techniquesused for a correct benchmarking analysis. - Basic use of powerquery, power BI or equivalent - Advanced use of excel - Highproactivity and open-mindedness, strong problem-solving skills andmethodical approach; Team-oriented with strong interpersonalskills. Multidisciplinary approach and curiosity in learning newtechniques and skills.
