We are seekingexperienced Warehouse Manager to oversee the efficient operationsof our new warehouse facility. The successful candidate will beresponsible for managing various aspects of warehouse operations,including receiving, shelving, team management, coordination withprocurement and sales teams, process optimization, and qualitycontrol. Responsibilities: 1. Receiving and Shelving: Oversee thereceiving and shelving of purchased goods, ensuring accuratereceipt, quality inspection, and proper shelving within thewarehouse. 2. Team Management: Manage the receiving team, providingguidance, task assignment, performance monitoring, and training asnecessary to ensure efficient and accurate completion of dailytasks. 3. Coordination: Coordinate with procurement and sales teamsto confirm delivery schedules, address receiving exceptionspromptly, and ensure timely delivery of goods by communicating withsuppliers and logistics partners. 4. Process Optimization: Identifyareas for improvement in warehouse processes, implement bestpractices, and develop strategies to streamline operations andreduce costs. 5. Quality Control: Ensure all received goods meetquality standards, maintain shelf accuracy through regular auditsand inspections, and take corrective action as needed. Key Metrics: Timeliness of Receipt Shelf Accuracy Receiving StaffEfficiency Requirements: University degree preferred, preferablyin a relevant field such as logistics, supply chain management, orbusiness administration. Fluency in English and Chinese, bothwritten and spoken, is highly preferred. Previous warehousemanagement experience required. Strong leadership andcommunication skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize taskseffectively. Proficiency in warehouse management software andMicrosoft Office suite. Knowledge of safety and complianceregulations in warehouse operations.
