To consolidate ourstructure, we are looking for a Project Manager who is highlymotivated to join a dynamic and challenging environment. Reportingto the Marketing Director, the candidate will be responsible forplanning, coordinating, and monitoring all activities necessary toachieve project objectives, using key project managementmethodologies and techniques, with the support of across-functional team. The role will also involve: - Regularlyupdating senior management on the project''s status, focusing onachieved deliverables; - Managing communication with allstakeholders; - Preparing summary documentation with a focus onimproving the business processes in use. The ideal profilepossesses: - Master''s degree in Mechatronics/Mechanical Engineeringor Management Engineering; - At least 5 years of experience as aProject Manager in structured companies. Experience in thecomponents industry is a plus; - A solid foundation in mechanicsand/or electronics; - Fluency in English is a must; - Excellentplanning and time management skills; - Strong problem-solvingabilities and the capacity to manage priorities; - Experiencecoordinating cross-functional teams (engineering, purchasing,sales, operations, etc.); - Effective communication and negotiationskills, strong goal orientation, and the ability to work well inteams. Location: Rubiera (RE), with availability for travel inItaly and internationally.
