JOIN OUR INVESTOR RELATIONS TEAM:
The Investor Relations team is driving effective two-way communication between adidas and the financial community. In managing professional relationships with institutional investors as well as buy- and sell-side analysts and other stakeholders, we are securing trust and credibility in the company and promote a fair valuation of adidas in capital markets.
GROW YOUR CAPABILITIES THROUGH MEANINGFUL TASKS & PROJECTS
- Assist in the preparation of the Annual Report and other results release documents
- Support the IR team in providing best-in-class financial communication with capital market stakeholders
- Prepare peer and retailer analyses for key internal decision-makers
- Prepare ad hoc analyses and management presentations
- Take an active role in finance-related project work and research studies
WHAT WOULD MAKE YOU A MATCH
- Students of leading business schools or universities with majors in finance or strategic management
- Proven track record in chosen field of studies and previous internship experience
- High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to details
- Responsiveness and timeliness
- Interpersonal skills to be a strong team player
WHAT WOULD MAKE YOU A MATCH
- University degree in progress (Bachelor or Master) in Marketing, Communications, Media Management or equivalent.
- Previous internship or academic experience in Marketing / Communications is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Strong interest in Gaming. Playing games is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Collaborative mindset, with willingness to learn in a multicultural environment.
- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks while being a team player.

ELIGIBILITY
- Enrolled as full-time student for the complete duration of the internship
- Or in the so-called gap year between Bachelor and Master’s degree (gap year regulation only applicable to EU citizens due to working permit regulations)
- Candidates in penultimate year of study preferred (following the internship, students should have maximum one year to graduate)
- Availability for the full duration of the internship from September 2026 – March 2027
- Ability to relocate to Herzogenaurach in Germany for the full duration of the internship
