My client is a large facilities maintenance company, they are currently seeking a fabric technician to join a team in Belfast. The Salary is between £40,000 - £45,000 working M-F 40 hours per weekPackage includes:Company van and fuel card31 days of annual leave including bank holidaysPension schemeMonday to Friday work schedule Key Responsibilities:As a Mobile Fabric Technician, you will be responsible for providing maintenance and repair services across a diverse portfolio of retail stores. Your role will include, but is not limited to:Plumbing repairs and installationsCarpentry workPlanned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)General maintenance and repairs as requiredEnsuring all work is completed efficiently and to a high standardResponding to reactive maintenance requests in a timely manner Qualifications and Skills:Proven experience in plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance.City Guilds or similar in Joinery/CarpentryPrevious FM/Commercial experienceFull driving license is requiredIPAF TrainedStrong problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent communication skillsCustomer-focused approach Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
