Are you an experienced Finance Consultant looking to take the lead on international Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (AX) projects? Were hiring on behalf of a fast-growing, global Microsoft Gold Partner that delivers complex business transformation programs across multinational clients in Retail, Distribution, Manufacturing, and Professional Services.

The Opportunity

This is a senior-level consulting role where you''ll lead global ERP implementations, advise clients on financial best practices, and deliver end-to-end solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O. Youll play a key part in shaping projects from discovery to go-live, working with household-name brands in cross-border environments.

What Youll Do

• Lead the delivery of Dynamics 365 F&O Finance modules across international client engagements
• Design and implement tailored solutions aligned with clients business goals
• Act as a trusted advisor, offering insights into financial best practices and process optimisation
• Collaborate closely with project teams and stakeholders to ensure delivery excellence
• Engage in pre-sales and solution scoping, contributing to proposals and client presentations
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing across the business

What Were Looking For

• 5+ years of Dynamics ERP consulting experience
• Proven track record as lead consultant on at least five international full-cycle ERP implementations
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O (or AX) Finance modules
• Background in finance or accounting (prior finance roles are a strong plus)
• Confident communicator with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience in pre-sales, including demos and solution design discussions
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional European languages such as French, German, Spanish or Italian are highly desirable
• Comfortable working independently, with a proactive mindset and a team-oriented approach
