Risorse Professional - Job Opportunity in Gaggiano, ItalyRisorse Professional, a company specializing in the search and selection of Middle and Senior Management profiles, is recruiting for a well-known SGR active in the Real Estate sector:The selected candidate, reporting directly to the Division Manager, will be responsible for:Defining closing and adjustment entries to determine the Net Asset Value of the Fund;Preparing the Fund''s Management Reports;Taxation: monthly VAT liquidation for the fund, consolidated VAT at the SGR level, managing pro-rata VAT issues, tax withholding payments, and verifying IMU/TASI calculations;Treasury: managing the fund''s treasury, fulfilling contractual obligations, paying suppliers, and other treasury operations;Fund setup: supporting the definition of Fund Regulations clauses (e.g., calculating fees, distributions, and refunds);Issuing invoices related to management fees as per the Fund Regulations;Financing: participating in structuring the financing and managing it thereafter (covenant calculations, submitting compliance certificates to the financing bank);Managing relationships with Depositary, Auditors, and other control bodies.Qualifications include:A degree in Economics or a related field, preferably with technical training (e.g., Accounting);At least 2 years of accounting experience, including closing financial statements, within an SGR Real Estate or property companies;Excellent command of English, both spoken and written;Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a predisposition for teamwork;Work location: Milan, with 1 day of smart working per week.#J-18808-Ljbffr
