We are looking for a Software Component Project Manager for a major MOTORSPORT company.Main Responsibilities:Planning and leading the entire development lifecycle of embedded software in Interior Trim ECUs;Defining ECU software release plans and prioritizing content to meet vehicle milestones with the required SW maturity and quality;Managing ECU suppliers, coordinating, prioritizing, and tracking SW development activities;Monitoring execution plans, ECU SW progress, and SW maturity;Collaborating across domains to remove impediments and facilitate SW development teams, unblocking them to accelerate progress;Communicating with stakeholders: alignment, coordination, information exchange, and status reporting;Identifying risks and proposing mitigation plans;Tracking ECU bugs and monitoring issue resolution;Analyzing and prioritizing change requests;Improving SW process flows and monitoring SW certification compliance;Managing and monitoring SW updates for production and after-sales support.Required Skills and Experience:Master''s Degree in Computer, Electronic, Mechatronic, or Automation Engineering;Experience in SW development or project management within Automotive, Railway, or Aerospace fields;Good understanding of the automotive industry and business processes;Ability to implement improvements in complex environments;Strong analytical problem-solving skills;Resilient, self-motivated, responsible, and able to work under pressure;Basic knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, Polarion, Excel;Excellent presentation and communication skills;Fluent in spoken and written English.Desirable Skills and Experience:Knowledge of Agile methodologies and traditional development processes and tools;Understanding of vehicle architectures, communication protocols, and functionalities;Basic knowledge of ASPICE, Model-Based System Engineering, AUTOSAR, and UNECE R156/R155 regulations.Location: Province of Modena#J-18808-Ljbffr
