Siamo alla ricerca di un R&D Laboratory Lead perun nostro cliente, settore Medicale.Key Responsibilities:ProductDevelopment: Support the product development with V&V testingactivities ensuring that products meet the expected quality andsafety standards R&D Projects: Oversee the development of newdevices and the lifecycle mgm of the existing portfolio, ensuringcompliance with regulatory standards for testingLab management:Ensure the implementation and continuous management of processesfor equipment maintenance, calibration and safety protocols.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, includingregulatory, and quality departments, to align development effortswith company goals. Resource Management: Manage the Lab budget andmonitoring workload keep the expenses aligned to the expectationsRegulatory Compliance: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of applicableregulations and ensure all activities comply with these standards.What Are We Looking For:Bachelor or advanced degrees (Master''s orPh.D.) in fields like chemistry, pharmaceuticals orbiochemistryConsolidated experience (at least 3 years) in pharma ormedical devices R&DExperience in lab management, includingequipment maintenance and calibration.Strong knowledge of researchmethods and data analysis. Familiarity with software for dataanalysis and project managementExcellent leadership andorganizational abilities. Experience in budget management and tasksplanning.Up-to-date knowledge of applicable regulations andstandards for EU and USExcellent soft skills to effectivelycollaborate with cross-functional teams in the internationalenvironment.Strong written and verbal communication skills inEnglish are crucial for preparing reports and collaborating withinternational teams.
