As a Reliability Maintenance Engineering(RME) Area Manager, youll bring together the elements that makeour working environment as supportive and efficient as possible.Your focus will be to lead and mentor a team of expert techniciansdedicated to equipment reliability. Key job responsibilitiesSupport colleagues in site compliance with safety policies andprocedures Implement EU network standards, plan preventativemaintenance and ensure technical availability Collaborate withcolleagues to collect and analyse data to improve processes Deliverand support both site-based and network-level projects Lead,support and mentor your team to develop their career A day in thelife Youll be based at one of our operational sites, which allowsyou to give practical guidance to your team and get a clear visionof whats happening at your site. This involves collecting data andsolving problems in a fast-paced environment. Youll also have achance to create an operational plan to make the site moreproductive and efficient. That will involve setting up new projectsthat improve everything from operational processes to equipmentmaintenance. After safety, the most important part of the role isleading your team and managing their performance and development,including organizing additional training. Significant practicalengineering experience including a supervisory role managingpeople. Multi skilled in both electrical and mechanicaldisciplines. Experience of automated equipment includingpackaging machinery, sortation and conveyor systems. Ability tocommunicate (written & verbal) in English and the locallanguage at CEFR Level B2 or higher. Experience of working toappropriate health & safety standards and regulations. Solidcomputer skills (MS Office, CAD). A Bachelors degree in atechnical discipline (Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil)from an accredited university or equivalent experience. Fullworking knowledge of all specialized engineering and facilitiesequipment within the Fulfillment Center (FC) as well as maintenanceand safety procedures. Experience working with PLC based controlsystems. Project Management experience. Knowledge of CMMS(Computerized Maintenance Management System) programs.
