Position: Head of SalesJob Opportunity at Taylor HopkinsonTaylor Hopkinson is seeking a dynamic Head of Sales for one of the leading component suppliers in the BESS market.Responsibilities:Define and implement the commercial strategy for the Italian market, aligned with company objectives.Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer portfolio, focusing on EPCs, developers, and distributors.Manage relationships with strategic clients, ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty.Continuously monitor the market, competitors, and industry trends, providing analysis and reports to management.Requirements:Degree in technical, economic disciplines, or equivalent; an engineering background is a plus.At least 7-10 years of commercial experience in the photovoltaic sector, preferably with a focus on modules.Solid knowledge of the Italian BESS market and industry chain (EPCs, developers, installers, distributors).Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and under pressure.Fluent in Italian and English (mandatory).#J-18808-Ljbffr
