Have a passion for the intelligent automotive industry and are enthusiastic about the IoT Participate in the rapid development of the intelligent automotive market Sales Order Management : Manage sales orders, create SAP orders and invoices, oversee shipments, and ensure accurate and efficient execution of order management. Sales Operations Support : Organize sales meetings, track sales progress and key metrics, and ensure effective communication and implementation of meeting decisions. Sales Data Analysis : Maintain sales and customer information, regularly produce sales reports, analyze sales data, identify business challenges, and provide optimization suggestions. Sales Forecasting and Inventory Management : Regularly update sales forecasts, ensure adequate inventory levels, and enhance supply chain collaboration efficiency. Customer Relationship Management : Assist sales managers and project teams in maintaining customer relationships, monitor key customer communication progress, and support quotation work. Process Optimization and System Support : Collaborate with IT, supply chain, and other cross-departmental teams to optimize delivery processes, resolve bottlenecks, and enhance overall operational efficiency. Administrative and Support Tasks : Complete other related tasks assigned by supervisors to ensure smooth operation of sales support functions. Professional Skills : Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, experience with SAP, Salesforce, Power BI, and other data tools is preferred.
