We are a family of four people and a cat. Parents speak English, Romanian and a little Dutch. We have two boys, who go to Dutch institutions. The eldest is autistic. For him this means: being an extreme picky eater, understanding language if spoken slowly but with few responses, running a lot, needing a constant play-partner. He uses the wc. We need a play-partner for him, someone to spend a couple of hours in the afternoon while the parents are working from home (at least one). Snacks and food for him will be prepared by the parents - because we have the magic recipes he is a happy and energetic child, we would hardly use the label, but we want to be upfront. The second child is very talkative, speaks and understands Dutch. He likes to communicate and engage with others. We would like once in a while to go out, us the parents. This is the one off evening help we might need. Both children have a set evening routine and they fall asleep independently 99% of the times.
