O&M Manager | Solar/PV Lazio | Up to 40,000 .This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of Italy''s leadingsolar operators, who specialise in constructing and operatingutility scale PV up to 100MW. With a pipeline of over 3.5GW, thisclient is rapidly expanding their construction and O&M teamwithin the Italian renewables market. This role requires previoussolar O&M experience to manage the asset maintenance andperformance across sites in the Lazio region. The role is will beremote but with regular travel to the solar plants for maintenanceand inspections required. . As O&M Manager, you will: - Carryout and record maintenance activities as well as identifyingsuitable suppliers and contractors - Monitor Performance Ratio andAvailability values and secure its compliance with the guaranteedvalue - Ensure compliance of the activities with local rules andregulations - Manage and update all necessary records and activitylogs . Key Skills: - Minimum of 3 years O&M experience in solarindustry. - Experience with large scale solar operation (>1MW) -Ability to work remotely and travel to solar plants on a regularbasis - Excellent Italian and English language skills. .
