Next-Ventures are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Field Supervisor to oversee and ensure the successful implementation of telecom equipment (RAN and MW) in line with customer specifications, customer standards, and local regulations.
You will play a critical role in the construction and implementation of telecom solutions, from the technical site survey to site acceptance.
Your Responsibilities:
- Ensure sites are constructed according to approved site documentation, delivered on time, and meet the required quality standards.
- Provide on-site supervision and share best practices during the L2W process
- Conduct and report health & safety and quality audits as per project guidelines
- Manage installation defects and claims
- Work closely to support the technical implementation manager with things such as the escalation of technical issues and L2W best practices
Requirements:
- Practical knowledge of Health & Safety (H&S) and Quality Management (QM) regulations; certifications as required by local authorities
- Ability to work at heights
- In-depth understanding of telecom equipment installation standards for Antenna systems, Power systems, Grounding, and Site Testing/Installation tools (including torque meters).
- Valid driving license and access to a four-wheel drive vehicle
