The Field Service Engineer will provide on-site installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of complex equipment for semiconductor packaging.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, upgrade, and maintain semiconductor equipment at customer sites.
- Address technical issues related to 3D metrology, defect inspection, and lithography.
- Manage assigned equipment base, conduct customer meetings, and maintain communication.
- Collaborate with internal teams and customers on technical matters.
- Report to the Regional Service Manager and handle additional tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree and 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Expertise in troubleshooting and maintaining semiconductor equipment.
- Strong knowledge of metrology, defect inspection, and advanced packaging technologies.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
