The mission

OneLife is a Luxembourg life insurance company specialised in cross-border financial planning solutions for wealthy clients across Europe and beyond. To support our growth, we are looking for the right candidate to join our passionate Product Solutions Team.

The purpose of the role of Product Officer is to support the Product Solutions Team in the design, creation, maintenance and review of Insurance Product documentation together with any related activities which may be needed in order to adhere to Product Oversight policies and applicable regulations.

Main objectives of the role

• Assist in the design, preparation, maintenance and review of Insurance Product documentation for the different markets covered by OneLife
• Handle administrative tasks of the Team (formatting, lay-out, graphism, etc)
• Manage daily requests such as Pricing Requests
• Liaise effectively with other OneLife employees in order to ensure proper follow up of regular tasks
• Assist in ensuring that OneLife policies and procedures and the applicable legal framework are duly respected when handling tasks and projects
• Maintain cooperative relationship with other departments (Sales Team, Customer Services)
• Ensure that the internal Team folder is up to date
• Support Senior Team experts in daily and/or punctual tasks when required
• Participate in ad hoc projects, events and be an active support to the promotion of the department

Profile of our future teammate

• BAC + 3 (bachelor degree) in Finance, Insurance, Law;
• Professional background in the Financial or Insurance sector;
• Number of years of professional experience: min. one or two years of experience;
• Willingness to learn about the Luxembourg Insurance sector with an international focus;
• Interested in understanding how an Insurance company operates, incl. all the teams and departments of the entity;
• Keen on understanding how an Insurance product is designed, created and maintained;
• Strong attention to details;
• Good communication skills;
• Strong self-organization, time management and prioritization skills with the ability to work as part of a team;
• Banking, fund house or insurance sectors previous experience is an asset;
• Fluent in French and English (any other language is an asset).
