As part of our ongoing commitment to innovation in the automotive space, we are currently looking for a talented and motivated Requirement Engineer & Scrum Master to join an advanced in-house software development team working on future in-vehicle systems.

About the Role

Join our Advanced Technologies Software Toolchain & Platform team, part of the Electronics Engineering division focused on cutting-edge in-vehicle software development. This role blends requirement engineering, agile leadership, and hands-on testing support, ensuring successful regional application releases on next-gen multimedia systems.

Your Key Responsibilities

As a central team member, you will:

Act as Requirement Engineer

• Collaborate with stakeholders (POs, UX/UI, developers...) to gather and clarify requirements
• Document high-quality system/software requirements for in-vehicle applications
• Propose solutions to potential design concerns and build stakeholder consensus
• Review and iterate on requirements through team feedback

Act as Scrum Master & Agile Project Lead

• Lead sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups
• Manage the product backlog and track sprint progress
• Communicate status, risks, and milestones to stakeholders and management
• Support the team in overcoming blockers and workload peaks

Support Testing & Toolchain Improvements

• Assist in manual and automated software testing when needed
• Contribute to the improvement of tools and processes supporting development

Key Skills & Tools

Requirements Engineering

• 45 years of relevant experience in software or systems engineering
• Strong background in Embedded Systems or similar technical domains
• Skilled in translating stakeholder input into clear, structured requirements
• Familiar with system architecture
• Experience with tools like Codebeamer, Jama, or similar
• Proven Scrum Master experience: sprint planning, backlog management, stakeholder alignment
• Comfortable using Jira or equivalent tools
• Experience with manual and automated testing
• Strong communicator and team player
• Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented
• Fluent in English
