We operate internationally at some of the largest and most exciting attractions and theme parks across the globe!We are looking for energetic and motivated individuals who can demonstrate excellent customer service whilst delivering unforgettable moments to join our team as a Retail Assistant at the London Eye.We are currently looking for candidates who can commit to full time flexible hours, 30 hr/pw, and also have part time flexible positions available.**Job Description**You will be working in the centre of London at Britains most popular paid for visitor attraction meeting thousands of people every day. It is a fast paced environment and you will be expected to deliver amazing customer service consistently. Capturing our guests for their unique photo opportunity on our award winning Green Screens is our priority, so you will need to be confident while interacting with guests and create a fun experience for everyone. You will ensure we maintain our high level of customer service, whilst taking and selling photos and interacting with our guests. You will also be required to achieve daily targets and KPIs**Role Requirements**The successful applicant will be**:- Energetic - stamina is essential to ensure all our guests experience excellent levels of service all day.Enthusiastic - we love what we do and so do our guests.- Engaging - willing and able to communicate with guests of all ages.- Friendly - team work and a smile are the foundations to our business.In return Picsolve can offer you competitive rates of pay, great career possibilities, a great place to work and an opportunity to be part of an amazing team at the London Eye.**Responsibilities**Whilst operating the camera you must be able to:- Engage with every guest as they enter the capture area by making eye contact, smiling, having the camera ready and greeting the guest.- Quickly and confidently build a rapport with the guests- Ensure the best possible photo will be taken- Be clear and polite in giving directions to the guest after the photo is takenWhilst selling you must be able to:- Confidently call out to guests, smile and encourage guests to view their photos- Actively take an interest in everyone you serve- Be efficient in using the till and be compliant in all associated policy and procedures- Always be friendly and leave the guest with a positive lasting impressionOther duties:- Be accountable for your results and performance- Demonstrate a flexible approach and a strong initiative whilst remembering the guest must come before any operational duties- Maintain the highest visual standards at the units- Be prepared to adapt your role from salesperson to photographer according to the needs of the business- Ensure you are prepared for your shift, by having excellent time keeping and maintaining a smart appearance by following the uniform guidelines- Reporting any system or ride downtime to a Team Leader or manager as soon as possible- Follow the correct admin procedures- Comply with site health and safety guidelines and report any concerns to management- Comply with the business policies and procedures- Signing in and out following the correct procedure- If you have these skills, and a passion for being in a busy and customer facing environment, then apply now!
