Key Responsibilities: - Utilize CRM tools and Hiltons proprietary systems to manageclient accounts and track sales activity. - Ensure sales teamadherence to Hilton''s policies, procedures, and service excellencestandards. - Actively participate in international trade shows,industry events, and roadshows to represent the hotel, strengthenclient relationships, and generate new business opportunities. -Leverage in-depth local market intelligence and a strongunderstanding of allocated GOB''s market, including: travelerbehavior, and the broader economic landscape to identifyhigh-potential opportunities. Combine these insights with refinedsoft skills to tailor client-centric, results-driven salesstrategies - Oversee the preparation of sales forecasts, budgets,and reports for senior management review. - Coordinate with themarketing team to create promotional campaigns and sales collateralthat effectively communicate Hiltons value proposition. - Monitorand analyze sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies toachieve optimal occupancy rates and revenue targets. - Develop andmaintain relationships with key corporate clients, travel agencies,and meeting planners to ensure repeat business and loyalty. - Leadand mentor the sales team by setting clear goals, providing ongoingfeedback, and fostering a collaborative and high-performanceenvironment. - Support the Director of Sales in designing andexecuting comprehensive sales strategies aligned with Hiltonsbrand standards and business objectives. - Develop and proposeweekly and monthly plans for sales activities, activations, andpromotional initiatives aligned with the overall commercialstrategy What are we looking for : - Bachelor''s degree in Business,Marketing, or a related field. - Minimum of 3-5 years experience ina hotel sales role, preferably in a leadership position. -Excellent knowledge of key international markets for Geneva -Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Proven trackrecord of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Knowledge of Hiltonsystems and standards is a plus.
