We are currently looking on behalf of one of our important clients for a IT Application Manager. This role is permanent position based in Zurich Canton & comes with generous home office allowance.Your Role: Carry out an extremely varied area of tasks in the field of IT Application Management. Hold responsibility along with the rest of the team for various applications & external & internal technical interfaces (APIs). Your extremely varied area of responsibility includes Advise specialist departments & carry out application-related 2nd level support. Partake in requirements engineering & creating solution designs. Maintain close contact & collaborate with various IT teams, departments & external implementation partners. Actively work on the further development of Applications & have the opportunity to help determine the future.Your Skills: At least 5 years of professional experience in IT Application Management & in possession of broad IT know-how. Skilled & experienced in the areas of Web Technologies (JavaScript / HTML), Web Services (REST / SOAP) & API. Any experience in microservices is considered very advantageous. Sound experience & expertise in Requirements Engineering / Business Analysis. Preferably experienced in the areas of Solution Architecture & writing concept papers (Solution Designs). Ideally some Programming experience, preferably in Java. Any expertise in the areas of Camunda, CRM & data warehouse is a plus.Your Profile: Completed University Degree in Computer Science or similar. Analytical, conceptual, structured, organized & both goal & customer-oriented. Dynamic & motivated. Open, communicative, collaborative, down to earth & a team-player. Fluent German language skills (spoken & written of native level or very close to native level) are mandatory.
