Full job description As a Senior D365 Business CentralFunctional, you will provide business consulting, strategic andtactful planning to successfully implement designated MicrosoftD365 Business Central products in small to mid-market sizedbusinesses, resulting in a high level of client satisfaction. JobResponsibilities Perform consulting services for Business Centralprojects in the areas of documentation, configuration, testing, andissue tracking. - Work with clients and provide exceptionalcustomer service and support on implementation. - Develop andmaintain relationships with clients, interact with the clientproject team regarding task status, and represent the company viaformal and informal client contact. - Configure, customize, andtest systems based on the customer requirements. - Develop andassist academy led training with content and expertise. - Write andmaintain programming and project documentation based on providedspecifications. - Support end-user and system administratortraining in remote formats. - Understand and useconfiguration/programming and documentation best practices. -Continuously improve knowledge through research and self-study -Identify and make recommendations to improve processes,methodologies, and best practices. - Willingness to take part incompany trainings and obtain certifications as necessary.Requirements - Bachelor''s degree in business, information systemsor equivalent work experience - Minimum of 2 years D365 BusinessCentral (BC) or NAV implementation experience Business Central (BC)or NAV - Full life cycle experience with the core finance modulesor operations modules. - Experience working in a progressive andforward-thinking management consulting or professional servicesfirm. - Experience with multiple add-ons, or ISV''s, such asInsightWorks, Multi-Entity Management (MEM), etc. - Ability tobuild strong client relationship and coach, mentor and lead juniorteam members.
