Looking for a Business Analyst for our Customer & Markets Team
As a Business Analyst specialized in digital, CRM and collaboration platforms, your role involves serving as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to drive effective digital and collaborative solutions within the organization.
You will conduct thorough data analysis, identify system enhancements, and design and implement scalable and efficient processes within digital applications and the Salesforce CRM tool.
Your mission :
Gather and analyse business requirements (and user feedback) with our
business teams in order to propose the to-be processes
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs, and translating these requirements into effective CRM or digital solutions
Lead the business workshop, document the analysis, collaborate with Product
Owners & support Enterprise and Solution Architects in the solution definition
Ensure global information consistency, quality and documentation & sharing in link with Enterprise Architecture objectives
Participate at the whole activities within the IT team (refinement of
requirements, preparation & execution test, build the solution, ...)
Collaborate with all teams involved by your feature team and manage the
dependencies
Prepare test cases with business and assist business in the User Acceptance
Testing
Provide end-user support, defect management and occasionally training to
ensure seamless adoption and utilization of the Salesforce CRM platform.
Your Qualifications :
Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or
Engineering - BAC + 5
Good knowledge in Salesforce tool is an advantage
Experience in Agile projects
Prior experience of business analysis with IT collaboration, with a proven ability to understand business issues and to structure business specifications,
General knowledge of the banking products and services
Good knowledge and understanding of the banking processes
You are fluent in written and spoken English and French.
