The position will be responsible for providing QE and development teams support around internal environments. This role develops and executes deployment scripting, access rights, environment analysis, building, troubleshooting, and setup. The incumbent will work with various tools including Urban Code Deploy and Rational Integration Tester to help the QE and development teams setup and maintain the continuous integration pipeline. Will be responsible for updating test environments to ensure the latest code is available and all required security patches are applied in both Windows and Linux environments. The incumbent will work on automating and scripting deployments to various platforms for both Online and Mobile and work with infrastructure partners to support testing environments.**Requirements**:**Primary Responsibilities**:Deployment Scripting- Work with Urban Code deploy to automate deployments to Digital channels, including the full WAS and Portal stack deployment for Online Banking development environments.Knowledge of Digital platforms such as Bluemix, WAS, Portal in order to script deployments and track security requirements of the platform (including java keystore and service ID support and tracking).- Automate and support deployments to the mobile server side platform.Virtualization SupportWork with the Rational Integration Tester application to virtualize services for QE to automate testing.- Support the platform for performance testing, error handling and general stubbing of backend systems.- Setup tools to connect with multiple backend systems in Online and Mobile Banking.Environment AccessDocument access rights required for QE and Development teams to access all DEV and QA environments.- Support & coordination for QE and Dev teams to get access to all required backend ssystems.- Document requirements to build new app codes to support the new Blue Mix platform.- Request new security access for new application service IDs.- Support application dev teams to apply, configure and maintain security settingsEnvironment SupportProvide technical environment support for any reported outages during business hrs.- Investigate and troubleshoot reported issues and interface with infrastructure to determine root cause.- Track and document all outages through an automatic mechanisms and report Monthly.- Work with infrastructure and project teams to implement disruptive changes with the least impact.- Become experts in the Online and Mobile platform and provide support for changes and expertise to determine impact of potential changes.- Device Management such as provisioning- Support legacy mobile platform until decommissioned..- Setup monitoring scriptsEducation/ExperienceUniversity degree/College Diploma with Computer Science background**Benefits**:- Work with the growing technology company - We are 2016 Winner of Deloitte FAST 50 and FAST 500- Competitive Salary- Convenient downtown location- Work in a collaborative, forward thinking environment- Full time or contract position, aligned with your career goals
