Each day, you will plan and execute work with a first-time right approach with customers. You will also demonstrate your expertise by understanding the sense of urgency and care in your area of responsibility. The work model for the role is: #LI-Onsite. This role contributes to the Motion Service division in Vittuone (Milan). Your main responsibilities include:Working with the customer (on-site) to identify opportunities to improve operations and eliminate pain points.Performing field service tasks, identifying technical issues, and conducting analysis through remote or on-site activities in various service categories and products.Preparing material lists needed for service activities and ensuring all materials, parts, and equipment are available and of appropriate quality.Troubleshooting equipment/process failures, requesting proactive corrective actions, and making recommendations to prevent future issues.Qualifications for the roleDiploma or Degree in Electrical, Electromechanical, Mechatronic, or equivalent field.Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken.Availability for business travel within Italy and abroad.Proactivity, teamwork skills, problem-solving, and result orientation.More about usWe value people from diverse backgrounds.
