You will be: building and maintaining long-term partnerships with clients, with deep understanding of clients goals and expectations, accountable for planning and executing delivery on time, within budget and expected quality, tracking delivery progress, identifying and managing risks, wearing different hats (Agile/waterfall project manager, scrum master), depending on the needs, building and managing successful project teams, including provider-client blended teams, ensuring effectiveness and transparency of work, taking care of effective communication between team members and clients, maintaining high standards of ethics, integrity, and quality of management, working from the office or remotely (however, wed love if you visit us at least once a month ). Your profile: experience in IT project management within outsourcing environment, experience in leading multinational teams, customer and team focus, practical knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks, experience in managing large-scale IT projects, good understanding of SDLC and software engineering practices, work experience in a technical role (Software Developer/QA/DevOps), flexibility in adapting working method to clients limitations, self-reliance, independence, ability to make decisions, strong sense of ownership, focus on making things happen, fluent in spoken and written English and Polish. Work from Poland and a work permit are required.
