About the role: As our SEO Strategist, you will beresponsible for leading and executing a comprehensive global SEOstrategy that maximizes visibility and organic growth for ourplatform. Working closely with content creators, developers, andthe marketing team, youll have the tools and budget to implementbold, data-driven SEO initiatives that strengthen our position asthe worlds leading architecture and design platform. We arelooking for someone who not only has extensive knowledge of SEObest practices but also understands the nuances of our industry andaudience. Youll be tasked with optimizing our online presenceacross multiple markets and languages, ensuring that we rank at thetop for the terms that matter most to architects, designers, andprofessionals around the world. Key Responsibilities: - Develop andexecute a global SEO strategy: Define and implement a robust SEOplan that increases organic traffic, improves SERP rankings, andboosts our overall digital visibility. - Keyword Research &Optimization: Conduct extensive keyword research to identifyhigh-impact opportunities across various markets, ensuring we areconsistently visible for architecture and design-related searches.- Technical SEO: Collaborate with developers to ensure bestpractices in site structure, page speed, crawlability, and mobileoptimization. Lead technical audits and prioritize fixes to improveSEO performance. - Content Strategy Alignment: Work closely withcontent creators to ensure all content is SEO-optimized and alignedwith global search trends. Develop strategies for optimizingexisting content and guiding new content creation. - Link Building& Off-Page SEO: Lead efforts in link-building strategies toimprove domain authority, working with PR and outreach teams tosecure high-quality backlinks from reputable sources. - SEOAnalytics & Reporting: Use data-driven insights to track andreport on key SEO metrics, including organic traffic, keywordrankings, bounce rates, and conversion rates. Provide regularupdates to leadership on SEO performance and growth opportunities.- International SEO: Optimize the platform for multiple languagesand regions, ensuring SEO best practices are applied globally witha localized approach for each market. - Collaboration: Work closelywith cross-functional teams, including digital marketing, content,and development, to ensure SEO is embedded in all aspects of thebusiness. - SEO Tools & Budget: Manage a significant SEO budgetto invest in the best tools, software, and resources for optimizingour SEO strategy. Continuously explore new tools and tactics tostay ahead of SEO trends and changes in algorithms. Qualifications:- Proven experience as an SEO Strategist, SEO Manager, or similarrole, preferably within a global or large-scale company. - Deepunderstanding of SEO best practices, including technical SEO,on-page, and off-page strategies. - Strong knowledge of SEO tools(e.g., Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog) andweb analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics). - Data-drivenmindset, with the ability to translate complex SEO data intoactionable insights and recommendations. - Experience ininternational SEO and optimizing for multilingual websites, with anunderstanding of global search engine behavior. - Strongcollaboration skills to work effectively with content, development,and marketing teams. - Analytical thinker, able to solve problemscreatively and make decisions based on data and best practices.
