Enterprise Customer Success Manager

The Role
As an Enterprise CSM, you''ll be at the heart of our clients engagement with key global customers in the accounting industry. Your mission: drive value, boost customer success, and uncover new opportunities to help clients make the most of the platform. You''ll collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing to shape a scalable, strategic CS approach.
What Youll Be Doing
- Enterprise Account Ownership: Create tailored success plans and strategies for enterprise clients to ensure adoption, satisfaction, and retention.
- Relationship Management: Develop strong, multi-threaded relationships with senior stakeholders. Understand their goals, pain points, and strategic priorities.
- Growth & Expansion: Identify upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities. Partner with sales and GTM teams to bring added value to every interaction.
- Customer Advocacy: Turn satisfied customers into champions. Help build case studies, referrals, and a network of advocates.
- Operational Excellence: Contribute to process improvements across the CS organization, driving efficiency and impact at scale.
What You Bring
- 4+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management, working with enterprise clients in SaaS or tech
- Proven ability to manage global, complex stakeholder environments
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence in executive-level conversations
- Strategic mindset with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
- Familiarity with the B2B software landscape and a genuine curiosity for the finance/audit sector
- Full professional proficiency in English
