If you seek stimulating challenges and opportunities to contribute ideas for process improvement in a growing company, IRCA is the right place for you.Purpose of Position: We are seeking a motivated Food Technologist to support our R&D and Quality Team.Activities:Develop and improve food products from concept to launch.Ensure compliance with food safety and quality regulations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation.Conduct research and trials to enhance formulations and processes.Perform chemical and physical analyses of raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products.Conduct microbiological analyses of raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products.Perform sensory analysis of raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products.Manage Food Certification & Quality Assurance processes.Requirements:Education: Degree in Food Science & Technologies.Professional Skills: Strong knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.Experience: Experience in Quality or R&D within food companies.Language Skills: Proficiency in Italian and English is mandatory.Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Behavioral Requirements: Teamwork, adaptability, precision, attention to detail, and a strong passion for quality and the food industry.We welcome applications from candidates of all genders, backgrounds, and identities.
