About the Role
Were seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Enterprise Account Executive to join our growing team in Barcelona. This hybrid role (2 days per week on-site) focuses on hunting and closing new business opportunities across the retail sector, selling innovative SaaS solutions in the FinTech, cloud, and data space.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive net new revenue by prospecting, qualifying, and closing enterprise-level deals
- Target and develop strategic accounts within the retail vertical
- Manage the full sales cycle from outreach and product demos to negotiation and close
- Collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer journey
- Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene
- Stay up to date with market trends in FinTech, cloud, and data software
Requirements
- 25 years of software sales experience
- Proven track record of hunting and closing new business
- Experience selling into or engaging with retail or enterprise clients
- Comfortable working independently and managing a consultative sales cycle
- Fluent in English; Spanish or other European languages a plus
- Based in or willing to relocate to Barcelona
