Associate Partner SAP Digital Transformation(Consulting) Location: Remote (with up to 100% travel as needed)Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role: Our client is a globalleader in digital business transformation, helping some of theworlds most prominent companies realize value through ERP-enabledchange. As part of their expanding Digital Platform practice, theyare seeking an Associate Partner to drive growth, lead clientengagements, and serve as a trusted advisor in SAP-enabledtransformation initiatives. This is a high-impact, client-facingleadership role that blends business development, solutioning,delivery oversight, and thought leadership. The ideal candidatewill have a proven track record in SAP consulting, strong executivepresence, and a passion for enabling enterprise-wide digitalchange. Key Responsibilities: - Drive new business development andexpand key account relationships within targeted industries throughSAP-led transformation initiatives. - Act as a strategic advisor toclients, providing deep expertise across the SAP ecosystem andhelping shape long-term transformation roadmaps. - Take ownershipof consulting revenues and operating margins across assignedaccounts, with an annual target of $6M from consulting engagements.- Oversee delivery execution for SAP solutions, ensuring outcomesmeet client expectations for value, time, and cost. - Lead proposaldevelopment and go-to-market initiatives, with a focus onarticulating compelling value propositions and competitivedifferentiators. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders includingpractice leaders, engagement managers, and subject matter expertsto ensure cohesive and strategic service delivery. - Play an activerole in talent development, mentoring and coaching team members,and fostering a high-performance culture. - Represent the firm atindustry events, forums, and thought leadership opportunities tostrengthen market positioning. What Were Looking For: - A seniorconsulting professional with experience in account leadership,sales, and delivery within enterprise consulting or servicesorganizations. - Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated successin closing complex deals and managing client portfolios. - Deepexpertise in SAP platforms and transformation programs acrossvarious industries. - An established network and presence inrelevant industries or ecosystems, with an ability to influence andconnect at the executive and board level. - Inspirationalleadership style and an ability to build trust quickly with bothclients and internal teams. - Experience in shaping innovative,forward-thinking solutions tailored to client needs in dynamic,high-growth environments. - Strong storytelling and communicationskills, capable of articulating complex concepts in a compellingway to a variety of audiences. - A passion for digital innovation,business transformation, and delivering real impact for clients.Work Modality & Travel: This role is officially remote, butflexibility is key. While most projects don''t require consistenttravel, candidates must be open to travel up to 100% if needed.Limiting travel availability will disqualify candidates fromconsideration.
