Position Summary As a SalesRepresentative at Metrikflow, you will play a pivotal role indriving the companys growth by identifying and engaging potentialcustomers. You will be the first point of contact for prospects,responsible for generating and qualifying leads, building strongrelationships, and collaborating closely with the sales andmarketing teams to ensure a smooth and efficient sales pipeline.Your success in this role will depend on your ability to create andnurture relationships, deliver value to prospects, and convert theminto qualified opportunities. Fluency in Italian is essential, asour core target market is Italy. Tasks - Identify and prospectpotential clients in target markets using outbound and inboundstrategies. - Manage and qualify inbound leads from marketingcampaigns, webinars, and events. - Conduct outreach throughmultiple channels (email, LinkedIn, cold calling, other channels)to generate interest in Metrikflows solutions. - Be creative anditerate quickly on growth strategies for lead generation. - Workclosely with the Marketing and Product team to provide feedback oncampaigns, lead quality and messaging effectiveness. - Set upmeetings and demos for the Sales Team by engaging and qualifyingdecision-makers. - Maintain accurate lead and opportunityinformation in the CRM system. - Continuously improve your outreachtechniques by analyzing results and adapting your approach. - Stayup to date on industry trends, competitor activities, andMetrikflows product offerings. Requirements - Proven track recordof outstanding results. - Quick learner and eager to deep dive intonew topics and iterate fast on traction strategies. - Previousexperience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR), or in aBusiness Development role or similar role in a B2B SaaS environmentis a big plus. - Experience with lead generation and salesengagement tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesloft, Outreach.io). - Strongcommunication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability toengage C-level prospects. - Ability to work autonomously, managemultiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. -Fluent in Italian (spoken and written). - English work proficiency.- A passion for technology and startups.
