Our client is a well-established manufacturing companyin the commercial furniture sector, serving major Retail and GDOclients both in Italy and abroad. With over 200 employees and aturnover of approximately 65 million, the company is now expandingits sales team. We are looking for an Export Area Manager, ideallywith experience in retail furniture, contract, GDO, or GDS sectors.Reporting directly to General Management, the selected candidatewill be responsible for developing the food and non-food retailfurniture market in the UK and other countries, depending on theirlanguage skills. Key Responsibilities: - Scout new markets andclients in the food and non-food retail furniture sectors -Maintain and expand existing customer relationships - Manage andgrow the sales network (agents, dealers, distributors,architectural or design firms) - Organize meetings with potentialnew clients - Participate in site visits to analyze and definespace layouts - Oversee commercial site management duringinstallation and setup phases - Prepare quotations and/or productconfigurations in collaboration with the Technical DepartmentRequirements: - Proven experience in similar roles withincommercial/retail/contract furniture companies - Fluent in Englishand French or Spanish - Comfortable with computer tools and CRMsystems - Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time -Availability for in-office training periods at company HQ (Rovigo,Italy) Personal Skills: - Excellent interpersonal and communicationskills - Strong organizational abilities - Precision, reliability,and attention to detail - Proactive and dynamic mindset -Results-driven with a goal-oriented approach What the companyoffers: - Permanent employment (Italian National MetalworkingIndustry Contract) - Gross annual salary range: 50,000 60,000,based on experience and skills - Performance-based bonus system(individual and company targets) - Benefits: company car, mobilephone, tablet, and corporate credit card for travel expensesPreferred residence: Veneto, Emilia-Romagna, Eastern Lombardy, orWestern Friuli Venezia Giulia
