What will you do?
As the Head of Partner Management, you will lead the growth of our global partner ecosystem, driving revenue through strategic alliances and high-impact partnerships. This is a pivotal leadership role that blends sales expertise, strategic foresight, and relationship management to unlock new market opportunities and accelerate company growth.
Reporting directly to the Chief Sales Officer, you''ll play a hands-on role in building, enabling, and scaling a diverse network of partners. As part of a fast-growing SaaS organization, youll shape and execute partnership strategies that fuel business development, ensure partner success, and contribute directly to our top-line performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance the global partner strategy to drive sustainable growth
- Achieve and exceed global indirect sales targets through strategic partner engagement
- Identify high-impact partner types and target markets to expand the partner ecosystem
- Recruit, onboard, and manage a diverse portfolio of partnerscrafting joint business plans, aligning objectives, and ensuring partners are empowered for success
- Collaborate closely with local partner managers, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to drive lead generation, co-selling, and revenue growth
- Equip partners with essential tools, training, and resources to effectively market and sell the companys solutions, in alignment with Sales Enablement initiatives
- Present strategic plans and performance updates to senior leadership, showcasing the partner programs contribution to overarching company goals
- Input partner-specific requirements to internal processes and assets such as marketing messaging or product roadmap
- Manage partner performance across the partner portfolio, including agreeing remediation plans and portfolio optimization where needed
- Ensure all internal processes for supporting a partner-led Go-to-Market are in place and compliant
Who are you?
- You bring 7+ years of experience leading and coordinating an extended global partner team within a SaaS business, as part of a matrix organization, including owning and delivering on revenue targets
- You have proven success designing and executing partner-led go-to-market strategies
- You have a proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets
- You have deep understanding of the SaaS ecosystem, partner types, and GTM models
- You have experience across partner channels: Referral, Reseller, System Integrators, and IT consultancies
- You are skilled in building trust, managing complex negotiations, and influencing stakeholders
- You are comfortable setting up partner processes and the supporting tech stack
- You are data-driven, with a strong ability to track performance and guide strategy
- You are an effective team leader who delegates well and drives high performance
- You are commercially sharp with a hands-on approach and inspiring communication style
- You are ready to move fast, build momentum, and establish best practices from day one
