About the Company - MCC has extensive experience inthe manufacturing and delivery of high-quality semiconductorproducts, including extensive marketing and sales networkthroughout the world; Americas, EMEA, APAC. About the Role - We arelooking for an Account Manager with at least 4 years experience inSemiconductor sales for the Italy region. Training will beprovided. Responsibilities - - Work with MCC distribution partnerand customers to achieve design-wins and increase accountpenetration. - Promote MCC as strategic partner with assignedcustomers. - Research and develop new customers and new businesssegments. - Develop account strategy and execute business plan. -Effectively handle of customers'' issue. - Meet sales budget(booking/Billing). - Collect and summarize market intelligenceinformation and provide feedback to the respective product team. -Work in a team regionally or globally to achieve assigned tasks andobjectives. - Hold business review with customers and distributionChannel. Education Background/ Major: Bachelors degree inelectrical engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or arelated field Experience (Must): Minimum 4 years of work experiencein the semiconductor industry. Knowledge (Ideal): Knowledge of thesemiconductor industry and experience working with semiconductorproducts Abilities/Qualities: Proven ability to manage complexsales cycles, including negotiating contracts and closing dealsAbility to build and maintain strong relationships with customers,Channel partners and identify new business opportunitiesAvailability for customer visits and occasional travel within theEurope region Skills/Certifications: - Fluent in English andItalian with excellent communication, interpersonal, andpresentation skills
