Opportunity for a senior level project development professional to join a leading solar company as Project Development Director/ Country Head.
Key Responsibilities:
Invest and develop potential greenfield project opportunities for solar and BESS projects.
Negotiate and build lasting relationships with landowners, investors and local authorities for lease or land acquisition
Team management and business strategy making
Ensure the success for the complete project development lifecycle
Be the face of the organisation in Italy, providing expertise on the renewable energy space
Project Development Director You:
over 7- 8 years project development experience within the renewable energy industry
Strong track record of spotting areas for new projects; securing new business across detailed sales cycles
Ability to communicate at all levels
Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive in approach to sales and project development
