The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of supply chain management principles, and hands-on experience leveraging SAP IBP to optimize supply chain operations. The Supply Planner will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure on-time delivery, support Sales and Operations Execution (S&OE) processes, drive continuous improvement initiatives, contribute, and execute projects. Key Responsibilities Operational Planning: Develop and maintain short-term and long-term supply plans to meet demand requirements and service while optimizing inventory levels and minimizing costs. Monitor inventory levels and execute replenishment strategies to ensure product availability while minimizing excess and obsolete inventory. Coordinate within cross functional teams (production, regional teams, CTS etc.) to schedule manufacturing and distribution activities in alignment with demand forecasts. Analyse supply chain performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to enhance operational efficiency. Partner with demand planning teams to understand demand forecasts and incorporate them into supply plans. Proactively identify potential supply constraints and develop contingency plans to mitigate risks and ensure customer satisfaction. Participate in S&OE meetings to discuss supply constraints, production schedules, and inventory management strategies to ensure customer order fulfilment. Collaborate with S&OE teams to identify potential disruptions, develop action plans, and communicate supply chain impacts to stakeholders. Projects Support: Provide support for supply chain improvement projects aimed at enhancing processes, reducing lead times, and increasing overall supply chain agility. Assist project leads in identifying opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and service level improvement within SAP IBP. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect and analyse data, develop project plans within SAP IBP, and support the implementation of key initiatives. Assist in monitoring project progress, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and communicating updates to stakeholders. Utilize SAP IBP data and insights to support project decision-making and ensure alignment with supply chain objectives. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field, professional certifications (e.g., APICS, CPIM) advantage. 5+ years of experience in supply chain planning, preferably in FMCG environment. Proficiency in supply chain planning tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP IBP, SAP HANA/ECC). Hands-on experience with SAP IBP, particularly utilizing the optimizer module, is highly advantageous. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Knowledge of supply chain management principles, lean manufacturing methodologies, and continuous improvement techniques is a plus. Exposure to multicultural international environment, therefore strong command in English is a must.
