As a Property Manager Assistant (Real Estate andCustomer Experience Coordinator), youll support a team focused ondelivering top-tier service to customers operating in industrialbuildings around Paris. Working with both major logistics playersand smaller businesses, your role is key to ensuring smoothoperations and fostering strong client relationships. Reporting tothe Real Estate & Customer Experience Manager, you''ll helpmanage day-to-day property activities, identify opportunities foradded value, and support customer engagement efforts. KeyResponsibilities: - Provide operational and communication supportto tenants. - Help manage lease documentation, rent collections,vendor contracts, and property records. - Coordinate tenantmove-ins, move-outs, showings, and vendor bidding processes. -Monitor budgets, prepare financial reports, and assist withreconciliation of charges. - Identify service opportunities thatalign with tenant needs. - Maintain customer financial informationand support revenue tracking. - Handle inquiries and provideresponsive, professional communication. What You Bring: - At least3 years of experience in property management, real estate, oradministration. - Fluency in French and a good command of English.- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills. -Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based tools. - Adetail-oriented, proactive mindset with a customer service focus. -Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion andintegrity.
