If so, please refer to the Applicant FAQs.Posting DetailsPosting Number: 20254355SPosition Title: Assistant Director, College Technology & OperationsPosition Type: StaffLocation: Villanova, PARecruitment Type: Internal/External ApplicantsWork Schedule: full-time/12-monthsDepartment: 576-Dean, Professional StudiesPosition SummaryAs a key member of the College of Professional Studies (CPS), the Assistant Director of College Technology and Operations plays a crucial role in providing technological and operational support to the Associate Director of College Data & Technology under the supervision of the Director, College Operations. This position manages, develops, maintains, and optimizes CPSs technology environment, including enrollment and information systems, ensuring alignment with UNIT technology and services policies and standards, as well as university-wide data governance policies. The role involves coordinating new technology projects, supporting training sessions, and collaborating on system improvements to enhance enrollment and information systems.Duties and ResponsibilitiesEnrollment & Database Systems ManagementManage and implement standardized use of technology across the student lifecycle (e.g., CRM Technolutions Slate, Banner, Softdocs, Argos, Data Transfer, Cognos, Sharepoint, DegreeWorks, E-Commerce) ensuring alignment with UNIT standards and policies.Provide technical support and oversight for all processes related to the colleges enrollment system and associated university systems.Support the administration and maintenance of electronic records within Slate and Banner, ensuring compliance with data policies and security standards.Create and execute data audits to ensure data integrity and accuracy of data flow from Slate to Banner.Manage technical processes related to payment gateways and assist with reporting requests related to fund transfers.Technology Support & TrainingManage technology requests, ensuring timely resolution to support operational needs.Collaborate with UNIT on technology challenges and submit support tickets.Train and support CPS staff in the use of all information technology systems.Guide onboarding of new technology and explore new technology needs, ensuring early UNIT involvement.Manage SharePoint sites, college inboxes, and access permissions.Create and maintain documentation of systems and policies for staff reference.Assist with special projects related to various applications.ReportingBuild and maintain queries and reports for strategic analysis and decision-making.Create and validate report requests and train team members on reporting tools.Cross Departmental & University CoordinationRepresent the college on university technology groups and advocate for college needs.Serve as a technical liaison with UNIT on projects and initiatives.Additional ResponsibilitiesPerform additional duties and support special projects as assigned.Some regional/national travel and occasional evening/weekend work required.Minimum QualificationsUndergraduate degree required.Minimum three years of experience in IT or Enrollment Management with technology expertise.Experience in CRM/database administration and project management.Proficiency in standard computer applications, especially Microsoft Office.Preferred QualificationsMasters Degree preferred.Knowledge of Technolutions Slate, Ellucian Banner, Argos, Tableau, PowerBI, SQL, or similar tools.Physical & Other RequirementsTravel and flexible hours may be required.Deep commitment to the universitys mission and serving a diverse community.#J-18808-Ljbffr
