BUILD BEYOND POSSIBLE, WITH ADDITIVEMANUFACTURING Who we are looking for: As a Talent AcquisitionSpecialist, you will play a key role in supporting Caracol successand international expansion by identifying, engaging, and securingtop talent across multiple functions and geographies. You willmanage the full recruitment cycle from defining hiring needs withmanagers and building sourcing strategies, to selecting candidatesand supporting offer and onboarding processes. You will alsocontribute to strengthening our employer brand and enhancing thecandidate experience, using data and feedback to fine-tuneworkflows and increase hiring efficiency. This role is central toour growth: in the past year alone, our team has doubled in sizeand expanded across three continents and were just gettingstarted. Few examples of responsibilities: - End-to-Endrecruiting & onboarding: Youll work closely with hiringmanagers to understand team needs and translate them into clear,actionable hiring plans. Youll define Global sourcing strategiesto attract top talent, identify the right candidates, and engagethem through personalized, targeted outreach. Youll alsocoordinate onboarding activities to ensure a smooth and welcomingstart for every new joiner. - Candidate experience & journey:Youll ensure every candidate - whether hired or not - has apositive, transparent, and professional experience that reflectsCaracols culture, values, and ambition. - Employer brand: Youllhelp strengthen our employer brand through initiatives that tellour story from events and partnerships to content creation andcommunity engagement. - Recruitment process & insights: Youllcontinuously improve how we hire by tracking key metrics,streamlining workflows, and supporting scalable, data-drivenprocesses that adapt to our global growth. Ideal Background: -Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field. - 24years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in dynamic,fast-scaling, and international environments. - Proven track recordof managing end-to-end recruitment processes across multiplefunctions and seniority levels.
