Key Responsibilities
- Lead high-performing, globally distributed teams by cultivating a culture of innovation, collaboration, and creativity.
- Develop and implement scalable software architectures that support long-term product expansion and agility.
- Partner closely with stakeholders in product strategy, business operations, and client services to translate vision into executable roadmaps.
- Champion seamless and modern integration capabilities to elevate system performance and user satisfaction.
- Promote smart automation and unified solutions across payroll and HR tech domains to optimize efficiency and client impact.
- Establish and nurture cross-functional partnerships, influencing technical and strategic decisions across the organization.
- Provide mentoring and coaching to team members, monitor organizational health, and negotiate evolving priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Navigate multiple time zones with ease, demonstrating adaptability in a highly decentralized work structure.
Your Background
- Bachelors degree in a technical discipline such as Computer Science or Engineering is required; an advanced degree is advantageous.
- At least 15 years of hands-on experience in delivering complex software applications, including roles in architecture, development, and leadership.
- Proven success in managing diverse technical teams (+100 FTE) across geographies and time zones.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing large-scale, cloud-native SaaS applications.
- In-depth knowledge of REST APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and container-based software delivery.
- Strong grasp of modern development practices including test automation, DevOps, and full stack engineering.
- Track record of leveraging agile methodologies at enterprise scale, in FinTech/Finance/Payment sectors
- Skilled in resolving complex system integrations and technical challenges.
- Comfortable being hands-on when necessary, diving into technical details and problem-solving.
- Deep interest in artificial intelligence and its potential to drive innovation.
