Product Marketeer
Location: Rijswijk
Reports to: Commercial Director
Purpose
To lead the development and execution of UV Smarts marketing strategy across key international markets, translating technical and clinical product value into strong commercial positioning. This role will drive awareness, adoption, and growth of our UV-C disinfection devices in the healthcare sector.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing strategies for EMEA region.
Create value-driven product messaging and positioning that resonate with clinical stakeholders.
Plan and lead go-to-market strategies for new product features and launches with R&D, the operational and commercial teams.
Support the sales team with targeted campaigns, tools, and training materials.
Oversee digital marketing initiatives including content development, SEO/SEA, email marketing, and website optimization.
Manage external marketing agencies and coordinate cross-functional projects with internal teams.
Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity; report insights to leadership.
Conduct or support market research to explore opportunities for current and future products.
Ensure branding consistency across all communication platforms.
Involved in
Setting comprehensive goals for sales performance and revenue growth.
Participating in the go-to-market strategy for (new) products in new countries and regions.
Monitoring the revenue of the direct and indirect sales channels.
Representing UV Smart at conferences, exhibitions, and industry events.

Knowledge & Experience
Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years in a marketing role within the medical device or healthcare technology sector.
Demonstrated experience with B2B marketing and international product launches.
Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
Experience working in cross-functional, international environments.
Understanding of the healthcare landscape, sales processes, and buying cycles in hospitals or clinics.
Familiarity with compliance and marketing within a regulated industry is a plus. Understanding of B2B direct sales.

2x 30 min phone interview; 1 with recruiter and 1 with director to get feeling for fit with the team, responsibilities and experience.
1 hour interview with 2 directors for in-depth discussion about responsibilities and experience.
