The role of Sales Assistant is an essential part ofthe retail function. Connecting and engaging with theZadig&Voltaire customers, supporting the day to day activitiesof their team and store. We are looking for someone who isattentive, reliable, full of energy, approachable, punctual withextensive knowledge of fashion and trends of the season andconfident in engaging and styling clients. The Sales Assistant willwelcome and assist customers throughout the entire sales process,describing the product, always focusing on delivering the highestcustomer experience. You will support the store management inbuilding a store environment that nurtures creativity and employeesdevelopment. Selling skills : -Be a brand ambassador and embracethe brand Selling Ceremony -Drive sales: warm welcome, exceptionalcustomer approach, use appropriate sales techniques from start toclosing the sale. -Be part of targeting the ZV objectives andmeeting store KPIs (AB and UPT) -Provide personalised advice anddrive sales according to the customers needs -Be able to buildcustomer loyalty, understand customer relationship management -Beable to communicate efficiently and effectively -Be knowledgeableof the collection and the brand iconic pieces Operations : -Drivesales: Operating till system, take and process payments -Manage thetill and customers queuing efficiently -Follow company policy andprocedure -Manage the needs of the customer including exchanges,credit notes and holds -Offer each customer the opportunity to beon the mailing list -Maintain the replenishment of bags, boxes etc-Follow up stock transfers between stores and manage the faultyitems procedure with the support from the manager -Processing thedeliveries -Maintain a luxurious store environment and standards-Answer calls promptly and efficiently, with a pleasant andwelcoming manner -Execute the loss prevention procedure andconducts regular inventories -Ensure the shop floor and stock roomstandards are maintained in a clean, tidy condition -Follow thehealth & safety guidelines Merchandising : -Process deliveries(new collection, replenishment), transfers -Process thereplenishment of the items on the shop floor according to the ZVStandards -Support the Store Management in the VM guidelinesimplementation You have two years'' experience or more in sales, inan upper-end brand, and have a passion for the fashion and luxuryworld. You can advise and guide a demanding clientele. You arehard-working, dynamic, energetic with a commitment to customerservice. ITALIAN and ENGLISH are required, additional languages arebeneficial.
