Role: Transaction Services Financial Diligence Manager
Location: Barcelona, Spain.
I am seeking a Transaction Services manager to join a dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to work with a diverse set of clients and play a key role in executing complex transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage transaction services engagements, including financial due diligence, buy-side and sell-side support, and other advisory services.
- Manage client relationships and communication, ensuring all deliverables are met with high quality and within timelines.
- Supervise and mentor junior team members, providing training and professional development opportunities.
- Work closely with senior leadership on developing an engagement strategy, planning, and execution.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide integrated solutions to clients.
- Participate in business development activities, including client pitches and proposal writing
Key Requirements:
- Relevant experience in transaction services
- Strong technical knowledge in financial analysis, accounting principles, and transaction processes.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex financial data clearly and concisely.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple engagements at once.
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Advanced Spanish and fluency in English.
